What the application does
Marketing reporting is normally assembled by hand — screenshots pasted into slides, numbers copied between dashboards, a week out of date by the time anyone reads it. Pioneer Vision Client Portal replaces that. With a client's permission, it connects directly to the marketing accounts they already own and builds their reporting automatically.
Automated reporting
Website traffic, search performance, advertising spend and local listing activity, pulled directly from the client's own accounts into one dashboard.
Client workspace
Proposals, contracts, invoices, project tasks, shared documents and support requests, so nobody is chasing an email thread for the current version of something.
Scheduling
Clients and prospects book time with us directly against real calendar availability, rather than trading messages to find a slot.
Approvals
Work needing a client's sign-off is approved in the portal, with a clear record of who agreed to what, and when.
How we use Google data
Connecting a Google account is optional and always initiated by the client. Nothing is accessed until they approve it on Google's own consent screen, and access can be withdrawn at any time from their portal or from their Google account.
- Google Analytics and Search Console — read-only, to report website traffic and search performance.
- Google Ads and Business Profile — to report advertising results, and to publish review replies the client has approved.
- Google Calendar — to read availability and create meetings booked through the portal.
- Gmail (send only) — to send reports, invoices and booking confirmations from the client's own address. We cannot read mail with this permission, and do not.
- Google Drive (read-only) — to display files a client has specifically attached to their portal.
We use this data only to provide the reporting and services the client is paying for. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or profiling, or use it to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Who we are
Pioneer Vision Client Portal is operated by Pioneer Vision Consulting, a digital marketing agency serving the South Puget Sound region of Washington State. Access is limited to our clients and staff — this is not a public sign-up product.
