Lumière began with a simple conviction — that a meal can be a moment of real connection. We cook with the seasons, source from growers we trust, and plate each course with the care of a craft honed over years.
From the first amuse-bouche to the last pour, our team choreographs an evening that feels effortless, generous, and quietly memorable.
Trained in Lyon and seasoned across kitchens from Paris to New York, Chef Antoine brings classical technique and restless curiosity to a menu that changes with the harvest. His philosophy is simple: honest ingredients, treated with respect, served with warmth.
